Welcome to the CSGARES.ORG Training Center—your hub for workforce development, safety education, and compliance training. This page will house all current and future CSGARES.ORG training programs, beginning with the Los Angeles City Public Housekeeping Worker Training, required under the Hotel Worker Protection Ordinance (HWPO).
CSGCARES.ORG Public Housekeeping Training
CSGCARES.ORG provides live training mandated by the LA Ordinance No. 188610. This training ensures workers understand their rights, safety standards, and workload protection​

About our training:

Designed for hotel workers

Offered to hotel workers in Los Angeles City, per the ordinance requirement

Our trainings are provided in English and Spanish, and can be translated to meet the language needs of hotel workers

Upon Completion, each worker receives a Certificate of Completion. ​

1. LA City Public Housekeeping Worker Training as mandated by LAMC Ordinance No. 188610

The ordinance requires all hotel employers in the City of Los Angeles to ensure housekeeping employees receive approved, compliant training.
