This live webinar fulfills the Public Housekeeping Training requirement under the City of Los Angeles Hotel Worker Training Ordinance (LAMC 182.22). Beginning December 1, 2025, covered Hotel Employers are required to provide Public Housekeeping Training by contracting with a certified Public Housekeeping Training Organization (PHTO). This webinar provides the required five and a half (5.5) hours of training for Room Attendants, covering the topics designated under LAMC 182.22.C.2.a–e. The training focuses on housekeeping standards, workplace safety, ergonomics, professionalism, and best practices relevant to hotel housekeeping operations within the City of Los Angeles. Content is practical, clear, and aligned with City requirements. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion issued by CSGCARES.ORG, a certified PHTO. Who should attend Room Attendants employed by covered Hotel Employers within the City of Los Angeles. Format Live webinar with interactive instruction and opportunities for questions.
